Adopt one of eight lifestyle habits at age 40, and you could add 4.5 years to your life, a new study found. Add all eight, and you might live up to 24 years longer. They also say there's 6 things that will allow you to live 50% longer: good BMI body mass index and blood pressure, good lipid profile, good HBA 1C which is your blood sugar, low cotinine which means you don't smoke and low stress. So what they are really saying is don't smoke, minimize your stress, exercise and eat healthy.
